We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and blind box items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in gift-ready condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
